List, tree, Kanban, Gantt and calendar views are available. You can look at the same set of tasks from any of them and use the ready-made tabs to list work waiting for your approval or test.

If the task has a manager, it moves to awaiting approval. The manager approves it or sends it back with a reason. If a tester is assigned, the task is sent to test and the tester records the result as Passed or Failed.

Yes. The iOS and Android apps include the task list and detail, activities with camera or gallery attachments, new tasks with the AI assistant, quick tasks, projects and approvals.

The results of responsibility, competency and target evaluations are combined using the weights you set in the settings. You can adjust these weights to match your organisation’s priorities.

In competency evaluation you can hide evaluator names, which helps subordinates and peers give feedback more openly.

No. HibritİK does not calculate payroll; it lets employees view the salary slips that HR enters.

It is calculated under Article 53 of the Turkish Labour Law based on the employee’s seniority and age. Days carried over from the previous year and manual adjustments by HR are added to the balance.

The approval chain is built from your department tree, and an HR approval step can optionally be added. When you update your department structure, the approval flow follows it.

No. HibritİK manages leave and overtime processes; it does not include a time-and-attendance module that records clock-ins.

Yes. Announcements are published with read tracking. For important ones, you can use the pop-up option so they are not missed.

Yes. You can mark a survey as anonymous and send it to all employees or to the people and departments you select.

Suggestions are grouped by category and reviewed by the owner you assign to each category.

Messages are stored on the server encrypted with AES-256-GCM. This is encryption at rest rather than end-to-end encryption, and per-company data isolation keeps each organisation’s conversations separate.

Messaging currently works as one-to-one chat. For team-wide communication you can use task activities and portal announcements.

Yes. Messaging is included in the iOS and Android apps, and new messages arrive as push notifications.

Yes. The chain of manager, quality officer, quality management representative and general manager can be configured per folder.

The action is approved, a deadline is set, the work is done, quality reviews it and it is closed. Reminders are sent when the deadline approaches and when it passes.

Yes. You can flag corrective actions as health and safety related and follow them separately.

Yes. You can add external participants to meetings. Room bookings are checked for conflicts and can require approval.

We do not offer off-the-shelf connectors. We deliver data exchange with your existing systems as an integration project over the REST API, planned around your needs.

Each key belongs to an integration account and works with the permissions of the role given to that account. The integration can only reach data covered by those permissions.

No. The on-premises installation is the same software as the cloud edition; the only difference is that the data and application run on your servers.
