AI Task Assistant and Data Privacy: Where Your Data Stays
What HibritİK's AI task assistant suggests and where your data is processed: a self-hosted open model, why it matters for KVKK, and task-writing tips.
Suggests type, title and description as you create a task, and catches duplicates and follow-ups. Runs on our own servers.
A well-written task is half the work, yet tasks opened with a short note often start with missing information. The HibritİK AI task assistant compares what you type with your company’s past tasks while you create a task. It suggests the task type (feature, bug, improvement, recurring, continuation or other), drafts a clearer title and a sectioned description, and points out suitable tags you already use.
The assistant runs on an open-source licensed model hosted on our own servers. Your task data is not sent to any third-party AI service, and prompts are not logged. No suggestion is ever saved automatically: you see each one and accept or ignore it.
