1. Parties and scope
The service provider is Sotech Bilgi Teknolojileri (“Sotech”; address: Barbaros Mah. Lale Sok. Ağaoğlu My Office No:2/13, Ataşehir / İstanbul). HibritİK is an enterprise software service comprising internal communication, task and project management, leave, performance, quality and similar modules.
HibritİK is offered to organisations (“Customer Organisation”) on a subscription basis. User accounts are created by the Customer Organisation; this agreement applies to every user whose account has been created (“User”). Commercial terms between the Customer Organisation and Sotech are governed by a separate subscription agreement.
2. Account and security
Users must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them. Actions performed through an account are attributed to its holder.
Users who suspect unauthorised use of their account must change their password immediately and inform their organisation’s administrator or Sotech support. The Customer Organisation determines, changes or terminates users’ access and permissions from its administration panel.
3. Acceptable use
Users shall use the service solely for their organisation’s business purposes and in accordance with applicable law and their organisation’s policies.
It is prohibited to upload unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others or contains malicious software, or to attempt to circumvent security, gain unauthorised access to other users’ data or disrupt the service.
4. Content and data
Content entered into the application by users (tasks, messages, files, requests, etc.) belongs to the Customer Organisation. Sotech processes such content solely to provide, maintain and secure the service.

5. Intellectual property
All rights to the HibritİK software, interface, brand and documentation belong to Sotech. Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service during the subscription term. Copying, reverse engineering or creating derivative works of the software is prohibited.
6. Availability and liability
Sotech takes reasonable care to provide the service securely and without interruption; planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Sotech cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, internet infrastructure or third-party services.
Users are liable for damages arising from use in breach of this agreement.
7. Termination
A user’s access ends when it is closed by the Customer Organisation or when the organisation’s subscription ends. In case of use in breach of this agreement, Sotech may suspend access after informing the Customer Organisation.
Users who wish to have their account and data deleted may contact their organisation’s administrator or [email protected].
8. Changes and governing law
Sotech may update this agreement; the current version is published on this page and applies from its publication date.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolia) have jurisdiction over disputes.
