Workload Management

Compare planned hours with capacity per person and week, and spot overloaded team members in advance.

When deciding who should take on a new piece of work, what you need most is the team’s current load. The HibritİK workload page shows people and weeks on a heat map; each cell compares the hours planned for that person in that week with their capacity, and overload stands out in colour.

The calculation is based on allocation percentages on tasks: a person can be partly assigned to a task and only their share of the load is counted. Subtask workload rolls up to the parent automatically. You can export the page to Excel and use it in resource planning meetings.

Bulk task approval, workload and reports. A manager selects tasks in the approval queue and approves them in bulk, checks the testing queue, then opens the person × week workload heat map and the user activity report.
