HibritİK vehicle management ties that information to the request and approval process. Employees request a vehicle with or without a driver, the request goes through an approval chain, and mileage and fuel are recorded at handover and return.
Fleet records keep insurance, traffic fines, tyres, maintenance, inspections and accidents for each vehicle. The vehicle calendar shows which car is in use and when. Automatic reminders go out as insurance and inspection expiry dates approach and when a vehicle is not returned on time, and reports can be exported to Excel.
