Moving ISO Quality Management to Digital
How to make ISO compliance sustainable by digitalizing document control, revision approval, internal audits, corrective actions and supplier evaluation.
Finished work goes through manager approval and testing; leave, vehicle, quality and project requests follow their own approval chains.
Who confirms that work marked “done” is really finished is often unclear. In HibritİK, when a task with a manager is completed it moves to awaiting approval; the manager approves it or sends it back with a reason. If a tester is assigned, the task is sent to test and the result is recorded as Passed or Failed.
Everything waiting for your approval collects in a central approvals queue and can be approved in bulk. The same approach runs through other modules: project requests, leave requests, vehicle requests and quality document revisions each pass through their own multi-step approval chain. Each person is notified at their step, and the approval history stays on record.
