Internal Instant Messaging
Real-time one-to-one chat between colleagues with read receipts, file sharing and encrypted storage on the server.
When work conversations scatter across personal messaging apps, information gets lost and company data leaves the organisation. HibritİK internal messaging keeps one-to-one conversations between colleagues on the same platform as their tasks, projects and the corporate portal.
Messages are delivered in real time, and text, images and files can be shared. Read receipts and online status tell you whether the other person has seen your message, and search takes you straight back to older conversations. Messages are stored on the server encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and strict per-company data isolation means you only chat with people in your own organisation. On mobile, new messages arrive as push notifications.

Frequently asked questions
How are messages protected?
Messages are encrypted with TLS in transit and with AES-256-GCM on the server, and can be read only by the two parties to the conversation; no other user, administrators included, has access. It is not end-to-end encryption: the encryption key is kept on the server, which allows the message archive to be backed up and, in on-premises deployments, keeps the key entirely on the organisation’s own server.
Is there group chat?
Messaging currently works as one-to-one chat. For team-wide communication you can use task activities and portal announcements.
Does it work in the mobile app?
Yes. Messaging is included in the iOS and Android apps, and new messages arrive as push notifications.
