HR & People Management

Who works in which unit, with which title and which permissions

Every other module rests on one question: who is this person, which unit do they work in and what may they see? HibritİK HR & People Management keeps the answer in one place. Each employee’s name, e-mail, phone, title, department, employee number, roles and status (active, suspended, left, retired) are found in the people list with search and filters; last sign-in and open task count sit on the same row.

Departments form a tree with parent and child units; the manager relationship is derived from this tree, and processes such as leave approval build their approval chain from it. Access is granted through ready-made role templates (Firm Administrator, Module Administrator, Manager, Employee) or roles you define yourself, and every permission is limited to a scope: own, team, department or firm. New employees set their own password through an e-mail invitation; when someone leaves, their membership is closed and their sessions end. Consultants and contractors assigned to several companies sign in to all of them with one account, while only their home company manages their personal HR records.

  • One source of employee data that feeds every module
  • Permission changes take effect immediately
  • A leaving employee’s access closes at once
  • One account for people working in several companies

What problems does it solve?

The problems organizations face most often in this area, and how HibritİK solves each one.

  1. 1Problem

The employee list is scattered across spreadsheets and e-mails

    With HibritİK

Each employee’s title, department, employee number, roles and status live in one list, found with search and filters and shown with last sign-in and open task count.

  2. 2Problem

It is unclear who can see what; permissions are handed out person by person

    With HibritİK

Access is granted through roles, and every permission is limited to an own, team, department or firm scope. When a role changes, access changes immediately.

  3. 3Problem

Accounts of former employees stay open

    With HibritİK

The membership is closed with a leaving date and open sessions end; if required, the account is anonymised for data protection.

  4. 4Problem

Consultants serving several companies need separate accounts

    With HibritİK

One e-mail and password signs in to every company, and the app switches between them; each company sees only its own data.

Frequently asked questions

Does this module hold payroll and personnel file data?

No. The module holds employee records, the organisation and permissions. Leave and overtime, performance reviews, trainings, assets and awards live in their own modules (Leave & Overtime, Performance Management, Corporate Services) and link to this record.

Who is the manager and how is it determined?

The manager relationship is derived from the department tree: an employee’s managers are the active employees in the parent unit of their department. Approval processes such as leave build their chain from it.

How does a new employee get a password?

An invitation e-mail is sent when the record is created, and the employee sets their own password from the link. Pending invitations can be re-sent one by one or in bulk, and an administrator can also send a password reset e-mail.
