Workspace: cross-company tasks, notifications and messages
For people working in several companies: a Tasks › All companies tab, notifications from every company, cross-company messaging and To Do. The selected company for tasks is remembered per account.

Paste attachments into activities, notifications in a new tab
Images pasted from the clipboard become attachments in activities and task forms; notifications open in a new tab with middle click or Ctrl/⌘. The home page gained weather and exchange rate cards, and the meal menu day cards with month navigation.

Branded e-mails with per-type unsubscribe
Notification e-mails are sent in a branded HTML template with the company name and a link to the record; activity e-mails include the activity text. Each notification type has its own unsubscribe link.

Shared task links open in the app
A task link shared by message or e-mail opens the task directly in the mobile app.

Tasks and projects without a deadline
Tasks and projects that need no deadline tracking can be opened as “No deadline”; completed projects appear separately and greyed out in the list.

In-place editing and copying in task details
Role lists are edited in place on the task detail page, and a “Copy number and title” button was added. Task lists open in a new tab with middle click or Ctrl/⌘.

Workload counts work in other companies and leave
The workload calculation takes a person’s tasks in other companies (as total hours, without details) and their leave into account.

Several companies with one account
One person can work in several companies with the same e-mail and password and switch between them in the app. The home company manages their profile and personal HR records.

Contextual help on every screen; the organisation’s administrator can edit the content and import ready-made defaults.

Quick task from the share sheet
Text or files shared into HibritİK from another app open the quick task screen directly when quick task defaults are set. Attachment upload progress is shown while saving a task.

The task creator is pre-filled as manager
In the new task form, the person creating the task is pre-filled in the manager field and can be changed.

File preview and rich text on mobile
Attachments preview inside the app, and activities and descriptions are written in rich text. Quick task is available on mobile too.

Notifications arrive as push notifications on iOS and Android, and new mobile releases are announced in the app.

Defaults such as project, assignees, tags and duration are saved per person, and tasks open in seconds on web and mobile.

Title and description suggestions while creating a task; the model runs on HibritİK’s own servers, task data stays in-house and suggestions are never saved automatically.

Watch list, personal labels and notes
Tasks can be added to a watch list, and personal labels and notes are visible only to the person who adds them. The mobile home page moved to the portal layout.

Several people can be invited at once from the Users screen; they set their password through the invitation link.

Reports for vehicle requests; a printable leave form and a cost report in the leave module.

Task and performance reports
User activity, approved project and status-by-user reports, plus performance reports, export to Excel. Religious holiday dates for 2016–2032 were added to the leave calendar.
