On-premises HibritİK at İSTAÇ: approved workflows from project requests to vehicle requests

Challenge

Project ideas from departments had to be evaluated traceably between line managers, the project and business development directorate, the relevant unit and the responsible staff, and approved work had to run with risk, cost and quality plans. To keep data in-house, the system had to run on the organization’s own infrastructure.

Solution

HibritİK was installed on İSTAÇ servers and adapted to its processes. The project request form passes through an approval chain of line manager, directorate, unit chief, responsible staff, chief review and directorate review; once approved, the project is opened automatically. Advanced project management tracks risks and opportunities, lessons learned, problems, monitoring reports, cost, procurement, quality and communication plans and staff workload, with the Project Management Plan and Progress Report produced as PDF. Vehicle requests run through manager, fleet officer and transport director approvals, and fleet reports export to Excel.
