ARAS EDAŞ and KÇETAŞ manage the investment and maintenance management system projects they run with Sotech in a shared HibritİK workspace. The utilities’ teams open requests, bugs and revisions directly as tasks; the Sotech team splits them into releases, develops, tests and ships them.

Challenge

Two electricity distribution companies needed to track hundreds of requests, improvements and bugs without scattering them across emails and meeting notes, with both the utility and the software team seeing at once which release, which owner and which test stage each item was in.

Solution

The project runs in a shared workspace on the HibritİK cloud that includes the utilities’ staff. Requests are broken into subtasks under release headings (e.g. investment system revisions, maintenance system improvements, pre-go-live test items, e-signature integration). Every item is tracked with owner, date, status and test step, and the utilities see the progress of their own requests in real time.
