Challenge

A team building a web app and two mobile apps together needed to prioritize production bugs and new features in one place, and see in every sprint who was working on what and what was ready for testing without holding a meeting.

Solution

A root task is opened for each monthly sprint, with development, bug and test work planned as its subtasks. Production bugs are collected in a separate project. The team follows tasks on the board, and completed work closes after passing test and approval steps.
