Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) needed timely reminders to their owners, overdue records could not slip through, and quality processes had to run on the same platform as internal communication. The system had to run on the organization’s own infrastructure.
Solution
HibritİK was installed on PTT KULE servers, and a chief role with matching CAPA and project screens was tailored to the organization’s authority structure. Scheduled reminder and overdue emails were introduced for CAPA records; this development was later opened to every organization licensed for CAPA and became part of the product. The systems are sustained with maintenance and support.
